I like these drapes and the swag but would like to change the look of the fabric.

I have roughly 30yards of polished cotton drapes with beige background and large floral prints (very 90's). I like these drapes and the swag but would like to change the look of the fabric. Would you be able to recommend someone or company that would do this. I live in Ottawa Canada.
