Try a local feed store. They carry syringes for use with farm animals. If you're in the city, you may have to drive out to the suburbs to find a feed store.

Be flexible about the exact capacity of your syringes. You might not be able to find 144 cc syringes, but if you can find 60 cc or 100 cc syringes, those ought to do the job. (Note that the unit "cc", for "cubic centimeter" is exactly the same size as the unit "ml", for "milliliter"; it's a little less than a quarter of a teaspoon.)
