Where did you get this peculiar idea? Is there any published material about it, or is this a joke?

The dangers of radioactivity are too well-known to require my comment, but I've never heard of the use of any radioactive element in dyeing any fiber, nor of any pure element for dyeing polyester. The only dyes for polyester of which I am aware are the disperse dyes listed in the publications of the Society of Dyers and Colourists.
