This is not a service that is normally available for polyester or acrylic garments. Sorry. Almost nobody dyes customer's garments commercially anymore, only as art. Custom dyers will usually dye only natural fibers. You might be able to find someone on the Custom Dyers Listing, though, if you are very lucky.
