I noticed you guys suggested many things for steam setting, like microwave and stuff.. but its risky. Here is something I realized is GREAT for steam setting...
What it consist of is an inner pot you normally put rice in. Instead this time you place your tied or dyed peice in the inner pot, suspend it and add a little water if you want but it should not be needed. Add about 100cc of water outside the pot where the inner pot fits in, close the lid, press the lever down and it will pop back up in about 30 minutes to one hour, and presto, its done steaming! They are inexpensive, the inner pot can be used for steaming and another inner pot can be purchased to use the cooker for its intended purpose.
